Terms of Service

The short version

• We print custom labels, stickers and 3D prints, and design websites. We don’t make, sell or handle any of the products your labels go on.
• You’re responsible for what your labels say and for having the rights to your artwork.
• Orders are final once printing starts, except when we made the mistake.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use yeffodesign.com or order from YeffoDesign (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

2. What we do

We design and print custom product labels, stickers and 3D printed items, and we design websites. We are a printing and design service only. We do not make, sell, store, handle or ship any of the products your labels are for.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Orders and prices

• All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
• Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. For Venmo, Zelle and crypto, that’s when we receive and match your payment.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price was shown in error or the content breaks these terms. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
• Fully custom designs are sent to you as a proof first. Printing starts only after you approve it.

5. Your label content and artwork

You’re responsible for everything you put on your labels: the text, names, numbers, doses, claims, logos and artwork. By ordering, you confirm that:

• the details are accurate and you’ve checked them before ordering or approving a proof;
• you own or have permission to use any logos, artwork, brand names and images you send us;
• your labels and the way you use them follow all laws and rules that apply to your products, including any labeling, health or safety rules.

We print what you give us. We don’t review your content for legal or regulatory compliance, and we may refuse to print anything we believe is illegal, infringing or misleading.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to use it only to make your order and, if you agree, to show your work (for example, in our Our Work showcase).

6. Colors and printing

We work hard to match what you see on screen, but printed colors can differ slightly from your screen. Sizes, cuts and 3D prints can vary slightly from the preview. These normal variations aren’t defects.

7. Payment

We accept cards and pay-later options through our payment processors, Venmo, Zelle and crypto. If a payment is short, we’ll ask for the balance before your order moves forward. Chargebacks filed for orders we’ve delivered as described may lead us to close your account.

9. Web design services

Web design projects are covered by these terms and by the web design agreement you sign before we start. If the two disagree, the agreement wins.

10. Free tools: Peptide Calculator and Dose Tracker

Our Peptide & Hormone Calculator and Dose Tracker are free tools for convenience only. They are not medical advice and aren’t a substitute for a doctor or pharmacist. Always double-check your math and talk to a qualified professional before making any health decision. We don’t guarantee the results are error-free, and you use them at your own risk.

11. Reviews and messages

If you leave a review or photo, you confirm it’s honest and yours to share, and you let us show it on our site. We may decline or remove reviews that are off-topic, offensive or not genuine.

12. Our content

The site’s design, templates, text, images and code belong to YeffoDesign. You can use our templates to order labels from us, but you may not copy them or resell them.

13. Disclaimers and limits

The site and our tools are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to cover us against claims that come from your label content, your artwork, or how you use our products.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. If there’s a dispute, please contact us first. Most problems can be solved with a quick conversation.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you placed an order apply to that order.
