Privacy Policy

The short version

• We never sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We only pass it to the companies that help us run your order (payment, shipping, email), and only the part they need.
• You can delete your account and your data whenever you want, from My Account or by emailing us.
• Your Dose Tracker entries are encrypted and are never used for ads.

1. Who we are

YeffoDesign (yeffodesign.com) makes custom labels, stickers, 3D prints and websites. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means YeffoDesign. You can reach us any time at yeffo@yeffoprint.com, through our contact page, or by mail at 16300 Sw Langer Dr #535, Sherwood, OR 97140.

2. What we collect

Things you give us

• Your account: name, email and password. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), so we can’t read them. If you sign in with Google, Apple, Discord or Telegram, we get the name and email that service shares with us, and nothing else from that account.

• Your orders: billing and shipping address, phone number, what you ordered, the label text, artwork and files you upload, proofs, notes and payment status.

• Payments: card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. For Venmo, Zelle or crypto, we see the payment amount, the name on the payment and any note you add.

• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, the website chat, our Telegram bot or email.

• Reviews: your rating, review, the name you choose to show and any photos you add.

• Dose Tracker: whatever you choose to log, such as medications, doses, schedules, notes, weight and progress photos. See section 7.

• Web design projects: your signed agreement and the content you send us for your site.

Things collected automatically

• Basic device info: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site secure (for example, to block repeated failed logins) and to fix problems.

• Cookies: small files that keep you signed in, remember your cart and save your preferences. See section 6 for advertising cookies.

• Unfinished checkouts: if you type your email at checkout and leave without ordering, we save that cart for up to 90 days and may send you up to two reminder emails. We stop as soon as you place any order.

3. How we use it

• To make, ship and support your order, including sending proofs, updates and receipts.

• To answer your questions and messages.

• To run your account, the Dose Tracker and your reminders.

• To keep the site and your account safe and stop fraud.

• To understand which of our ads work (see section 6).

• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. We never sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we never will. We don’t give it to data brokers or to other businesses for their own marketing.

5. The companies that help us run the shop

To get your order made, paid for and delivered, a few service providers handle some of your information on our behalf. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job and may not use it for anything else.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it (for example, a valid court order), or to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights. If YeffoDesign were ever sold or merged, your information would move to the new owner under this same policy.

6. Advertising and cookies

We run ads on Facebook and Instagram. To see which ads lead to orders, our site uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta when someone views a product, adds to cart or buys, along with technical details like your IP address and browser. Meta may use this to measure and show ads. We do not send Meta your Dose Tracker data, and the pixel doesn’t run inside the Dose Tracker.

You can turn this off: adjust your Facebook ad preferences, or block third-party cookies in your browser.

7. Your Dose Tracker data

Everything you log in the Dose Tracker is encrypted before it’s saved, using strong modern encryption (XChaCha20-Poly1305) with a separate key for each person. The main key is kept apart from our database, so a copy of the database alone can’t be read. Our admin tools never show your entries; we only see overall counts, like how many people used the tracker today. We use your entries only to show them back to you and send the reminders you set up. We never use them for ads and never share them, except with your phone’s notification service to deliver reminders, or with someone you send a share link to yourself. You can stop any share link in Me > Shared links, and delete everything from Me > Delete my data. Deleting also destroys your key, so any old backup copy can never be read again.

Apple Health and Health Connect: in the YeffoHealth app for iPhone or Android you can choose to bring in your weight, body fat, protein, calories and water from Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android). The app only reads these, never writes to them, and only after you allow it. What it reads is encrypted and stored with your other tracker entries, used only to show your progress and daily totals back to you, and never used for ads, sold or shared. You can turn it off any time in Me in the app, or in your phone’s health settings.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See the information we have about you and get a copy.

• Fix anything that’s wrong (you can also edit most of it in My Account).

• Delete your account and your data.

• Stop reminder emails and Dose Tracker reminders.

To delete everything yourself, go to My Account > Account details > Delete my account. We’ll email you a link to confirm, so nobody else can delete your account. For anything else, email yeffo@yeffoprint.com. We’ll confirm it’s really you, then respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights. Depending on where you live (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado or the EU), you may have more rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.

9. What happens when you delete your account

We permanently delete your account, saved addresses, Dose Tracker data and share links, feedback you sent, unfinished checkouts, uploaded artwork, and your reviews and photos.

The one thing we have to keep is the basic record of any order you paid for (what you bought, the amount, the date and the billing name and address), because tax law requires it. We keep it only as long as the law requires, usually up to 7 years, with no login attached, and then delete it.

10. How long we keep things

• Unfinished checkouts: up to 90 days.

• Your account and Dose Tracker: until you delete them.

• Paid order records: as long as tax law requires (usually up to 7 years).

• Messages: as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

11. Keeping it safe

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site, scrambled passwords, login limits and encryption for Dose Tracker data. No system is perfect, but we work to protect your information, and we’ll tell you promptly if something ever goes wrong.

12. Children

Our site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If it’s a big change, we’ll let you know by email or on the site before it takes effect.
