Shipping Policy

The short version

• Most orders are made and shipped within about 1 week.
• We ship across the US and internationally, with tracking on every package.
• Shipping cost and options are shown before you pay.

Production time

Every order is made to order. Most orders are printed and shipped within about 1 week. Larger batches, fully custom designs and busy periods can take a little longer. Fully custom designs start production after you approve your proof.

Need it sooner? When Express is offered at checkout, your order moves to the front of the production line for a small extra fee. Working against a deadline? Add a note at checkout and we’ll do our best.

Shipping options and costs

Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout from your address and package, before you pay. For orders created by us (for example, custom quotes), you pick your shipping when you pay through your payment link.

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on the option you choose. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. You can also check the status any time on our Track Order page.

Local pickup

For some items, local pickup is available. If every item in your cart qualifies, you’ll see it as a shipping option at checkout, with pickup instructions.

International orders

We ship to many countries outside the US. International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or fees by your country. Those are the buyer’s responsibility and aren’t included in our prices or shipping cost. We send the customs paperwork with your package or electronically through the carrier. Delivery times vary by country and customs.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address. We can’t be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update it until your label is created.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). See our Refund & Returns Policy for how we handle it.
